A stone seat at the piazza encircled by the buildings of the Court of Ovar. As with the other elements, all has been designed based on the Classics with some ingenious twists. The photo above shows its end brackets, placed symmetrically and shaped as giant supporting moldings. Their top sides are engraved with a Greek scroll motif which continues the rear profile of the seat. The paving in front is a play on a recurring Roman design.
