São Francisco Tavira Cúpula

One of the most amazing cupolas we’ve ever seen, these images speak for themselves. Although the oval is far from perfect and the overall feel is one of “enlightened Vernacular”, the geometric effect created by a multitudinous repetition of tiny stucco ornaments is spectacular and in our modest opinion owes much to the Arab influence in the South.
