Back in the day when franchise chains were expected to last a thousand years (was there such a day?) the logo of the company – in this case, a bakery – was set in stone at the door threshold. It is now a boutique in fashionable Príncipe Real. The 3 different paving colors of local limestone are seen all over town in churches and cafés alike.
