EASTER BAKING

In 2011 we made bread for Christmas, and today we made folar, a typical sweetened roll eaten in Easter. Some of them are baked (in the wood fired oven, of course) with an egg on top for the season symbolism of rebirth. But all we care about is eating them hot off the oven with some port or cevadinha, a hot barley drink. Happy Easter!
